Cruise Shuttle Miami started in 2017 when our founder — himself a cruise regular — got stuck at MIA arrivals for two hours waiting on a hotel shuttle that never came. His ship sailed at 4pm. He missed it.
He started driving cruisers himself the next weekend in his own SUV. Word got around. By 2019 there were three vehicles. Today we run a family-operated fleet of Suburbans, Sprinters, and executive sedans, covering every Port of Miami cruise terminal and every Miami-area hotel, airport, and residence.
