We are a Florida-based ground transportation service operating airport-to-cruise-port transfers in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale region.

When you book a ride or contact us, we collect:
- Identity & contact: full name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp-enabled).
- Trip details: pickup location, drop-off terminal, flight number, cruise ship/line, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, special requests.
- Payment details: processed exclusively by Square. We never see or store your full card number. We retain only the last 4 digits, card brand, and Square transaction ID for reconciliation and refunds.
- Communications: messages you send via our chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, or email.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referrer URL, timestamps. Collected via Google Analytics 4.

2. How we use your information
- Provide the service — dispatch drivers, monitor your flight, send pickup confirmations and ETAs.
- Process payments via Square (charge, refund, fraud prevention).
- Communicate with you — booking confirmations via email and WhatsApp, customer support replies, occasional service updates.
- Improve our service — anonymous analytics to understand site usage and reduce booking friction.
- Marketing — only if you opt in. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Legal compliance — respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. We rely on your consent (cookies, marketing) and contract performance (booking fulfillment) as the lawful bases for processing.
4.3 How to exercise your rights
Email support@cruiseshuttlemiami.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.
5. Data retention
We keep booking records for 7 years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months.
6. Children's privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encrypted at rest, PCI-DSS compliance via Square. We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
