The Norwegian Cruise ride — exactly how it goes.
After you debark from Norwegian Cruise's Terminal B, we'll be waiting at the pickup point in your confirmation. Most lines clear customs and walk-off between 7:30am and 10:30am — pick a pickup slot that gives you a 30-minute cushion. From PortMiami to Miami International Airport (MIA) is 15–20 minutes on most weekday mornings.

Plan your timing.
- On debarkation day, guests who carry their own bags usually walk off first; if you put your luggage outside your cabin the night before, you'll be called later in groups. Tell us which you are when you book and we'll set the pickup slot to match.
- For your flight home from MIA, the safe choice is a departure after 11:30am. That covers a slow debark, customs and the short drive to MIA, with time left for security.
- Late flight? Use the day: besides the transfer we run private tours by the hour (from $75/hr, 2-hour minimum) with your bags on board, and drop you at MIA in time.
The drive.
MIA and PortMiami are about 8–9 miles apart. The usual route runs east on the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836), onto I-395 / the MacArthur Causeway and over Port Boulevard onto the port island. That's 15–20 min in normal traffic.

Norwegian's Terminal B, “The Pearl of Miami”, welcomed its first guests in August 2021. A few sailings (some Jewel, Joy and Sun dates) use Terminal C instead — check your boarding pass. Keep your boarding pass from the NCL app and your passport handy as you step out of the vehicle — it's the first thing the terminal asks for.
